Privacy Policy
How Neohive Solutions Pvt Ltd handles information submitted through this website, service enquiries, training requests, and—when enabled—checkout or booking features.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. Information you may provide
Depending on the page or service you use, you may provide your first name, optional middle name, last name, company or institution, work email address, country, service or training interest, message, and information needed to respond to your request. Quick Support or booking forms may request additional contact, location, session, or query details. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to review and respond to enquiries, discuss project or training requirements, coordinate requested services, provide customer support, and maintain appropriate business records. Submitting an enquiry is not, by itself, consent to unrelated marketing.
3. How contact forms currently work
When the Contact form backend is configured and available, submitted form details are sent from the website to Neohive for handling the enquiry. The website uses a transactional email provider configured by Neohive to deliver the enquiry to info@neohivesolutions.com. The provider may process the submitted name, company, work email, country, requirement, message, and technical/delivery metadata to transmit and protect the message. The visitor sees a success message only when the backend reports successful acceptance by the email provider. If the service is unavailable, the form displays an error and the visitor may contact info@neohivesolutions.com directly. Enquiries may be retained in Neohive’s mailbox and relevant business records according to operational needs and applicable law. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment credentials, or confidential client data in the form. Quick Support and other forms should likewise be treated as unsubmitted until the applicable delivery or checkout flow is fully enabled and confirms completion.
4. Payments and checkout
Cashfree checkout integration is being prepared for deployment and should not be considered active solely because checkout-related pages or code are present on the website. When a payment feature is enabled, the payment provider will process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. Neohive may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, order details, and the customer/service information needed to fulfil the purchase. Neohive should not collect or store customers’ card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, banking passwords, or payment authentication secrets. This policy must be reviewed and updated to match the actual production implementation before live payments are accepted.
5. Bookings and calendar information
If online scheduling is enabled, the information needed to arrange a session may include the selected service, session duration, preferred time, contact details, and booking status. Calendar events or invitations should be created only through the implemented booking workflow and after any required payment has been verified. Do not assume a booking is confirmed until the website or Neohive confirms it.
6. Location dropdowns and third-party services
Some forms may load country, state or region, and city options from a third-party location service. Your browser connects to that service to retrieve options and may share ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, with that provider. Third-party services process information according to their own policies.
7. Sharing, security, and retention
Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, deliver email, process payments when enabled, or fulfil a requested service. Access should be limited to people and providers who need the information for those purposes. We aim to retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service delivery, business records, and applicable legal obligations, and to protect it with appropriate safeguards. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit information, although we may then be unable to respond to your request. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent us, contact info@neohivesolutions.com. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records.
9. Children and confidential information
This website is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, authentication secrets, confidential client information, or personal information about another person unless you are authorized to share it.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, contact Neohive Solutions Pvt Ltd at info@neohivesolutions.com.
This policy is a practical draft and not legal advice. Before launch, verify that it accurately describes the live forms, data storage, payment provider configuration, booking integrations, and business practices.
